At LeapClue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for our services, including credit packs and premium subscriptions.

Credit Pack Refunds

Eligible for Full Refund

If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not used any credits from the pack, you are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Usage

If you have used some credits from your pack, refunds will be calculated proportionally based on the remaining unused credits, minus a 10% processing fee.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Credits that have been used for resume analysis are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Note: Credits expire 45 days after purchase - no refunds for expired credits

Subscription Cancellation

Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation Terms:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months of subscription
  • Unused analyses from your subscription period do not carry over

Refund Eligibility for Subscriptions:

  • First-time subscribers: If you cancel within 48 hours of your first subscription payment and have not used the service, you may request a full refund
  • Recurring payments: Subsequent subscription renewals are non-refundable
  • Technical issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, contact us for case-by-case consideration

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@binarytechstudio.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID
  3. Provide a brief reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days

Note: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval. The actual time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Credits that have already been used for resume analysis
  • Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase (for credit packs)
  • Subscription renewals after the initial 48-hour window
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service

Payment Processing

All payments on LeapClue are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your credit card or bank account details on our servers.
