Terms of Service

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or violates these Terms.

LeapClue provides the following services:

• Resume parsing and text extraction from PDF files
• AI-powered analysis across three dimensions: ATS, Recruiter, and Hiring Manager
• Scoring and grading of resume effectiveness
• Identification of issues and improvement suggestions
• Job description matching (premium feature)
• Resume version history and progress tracking

Free Tier

New users receive 1 free credit to analyze one resume. Free credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Credit Packs

You may purchase credit packs to analyze additional resumes. Credits are:

• Non-refundable once purchased
• Non-transferable between accounts
• Valid indefinitely (they never expire)
• Consumed at a rate of 1 credit per resume analysis

Subscription Plans

Pro subscriptions provide unlimited analyses for a monthly fee:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your credit card information. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

In summary:

• Credit pack refunds available within 7 days if credits are unused
• Subscription cancellation available at any time (access continues until period ends)
• Technical issues and billing errors considered on a case-by-case basis

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that you do not have the right to share
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the Service
• Access accounts or data belonging to other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without permission
• Upload content containing personally identifiable information of others without consent
• Automate access to the Service without our written permission

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the resumes and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant LeapClue a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, analysis algorithms, and branding, is owned by LeapClue and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our permission.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use this feedback without restriction or compensation.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LeapClue regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights under these Terms without restriction.
